At Rock Solid, one of our values is giving back. That is why we have partnered with World Vision to help significantly less fortunate people.
Every property in the Rock Solid portfolio donates a portion of the income to life changing World Vision projects. Currently, we are focusing on Burundi. Burundi is a landlocked country in the region of East Africa, and it is the poorest country on the planet. The current project is focusing on making the Village of Mushikamo self-sustainable.
Rock Solid and its partners have donated tens of thousands of dollars to World Vision projects. Rock Solid gives 100% of the tax deduction to the Investor, as a thank you for embracing this important value of giving back.
In our opinion, we are some of the most fortunate people on the planet. Giving back is a principle we have embraced, but our strategy is not to give a “hand-out”, but to give a “hand-up”.
This is why we have partnered with World Vision which also embraces this strategy. They have a solid system and a proven track record of making entire villages self-sustainable. Thus, significantly improving the life, health, education and standard of living of the people permanently. Then moving on to the next village or area of need.
